As a Lead Teacher, you’ll guide your classroom team, bring curriculum to life, and create a safe, engaging environment where children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Lead and support your classroom team through modeling and coaching
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
Foster a warm, engaging learning environment for young children
Partner with families through regular communication and conferences
Ensure compliance with all center, state, and city regulations
At least 2 years of childcare or lead teaching experience
Strong understanding of child development
Confident communicator and collaborative team leader
Passion for early childhood education
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
